Had my first visit with this practice. Recently moved to NC from Maine. I thought my dentist there was good and technologically up to date, but that practice doesn't hold a candle to this one. All personnel were capable and efficient. But the standout was the fact that they all had great people skills and LISTENED. Plus, very LGBTQ friendly and willing to attend to and address YOUR needs, not just wanting to get the job done and forget about you. I definitely will be returning here for my dental care.
I’ve had a fear of going to the dentist and have not gone for 20+ years. Not only was it very fearful, I had a lot of anxiety today. Right from the star I did not meet one person with a negative attitude. Everybody was Friendly, very thorough when explaining my needs. And best of all NO judgment. I would recommend the team at Aspen dental in Garner to anyone. I will be going back, that’s the way a patient should be treated. Thank you❤️
Everyone was so nice and incredibly professional. If not for the pain I was having, I would have been totally caught up in that moment. The way the radiology techs kept coming back to check on me and let me know the status of getting the room ready was very kind. Everything went good. Definitely transferring to this practice.
I am a new patient I felt very comfortable. I must say that they're all very through. Everyone took their time explaining things such as next steps. in addition, the doctor was extremely detailed in her explanations as to my next dental steps to improve my smile. I am so happy to have found Aspen Dental. If you're looking to have a pleasurable experience at the dentist, this is the place for you.
Omg, so surprised and happy. Best dental experience ever. I've had a lot of trauma from previous experiences. Everyone was so nice and took the time to explain everything to me so I could understand treatment and financial plans. I need much work and repair and honestly I couldn't recommend anywhere else. I walked out happy and smiling for the 1st time ever! 🤗
