Love, love, love them!!! This was the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. They were very quick, NO wait time. They were very friendly and kind, went out of their way to make me comfortable and feel like part of a family there. Highly recommend!!!
While I liked my dentist, the hygienist did not perform the services she said I needed. She said I had to have a deep cleaning before I could get my crown. She only scraped about 3 teeth and did not clean any of my teeth. I have had many cleanings and this one did not brush, floss or polish my teeth. On top of that there was a missed cavity. I’m no fan of the dentist and haven’t had the best of experiences so coming from me you can rest assured it’s true. The atmosphere is friendly and warm. The staff I encountered explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was prepared for the next step. I didn’t feel like just another dollar or you’re too old to be nervous. They gave me all the information I needed and performed a procedure same day. All in all I’d recommend them to everyone! They have a new patient in me.
Always very courteous professional make you feel at home. They go the extra mile to make sure you have the best visit and get the best treatment they have to offer. Would recommend to all my friends. Great experience and I’ll continue with my dental needs at this office
First time calling this office and had a WONDERFUL experience before any services when speaking with Marcia. I have never called a dental office and felt so welcomed to set a new appointment or discuss insurance like today. I mean people are professional but this young lady is not just professional, she is understanding and carries a lovely spirit!!! Thank you so much Aspen Dental😌
