I am always apprehensive about seeing a dentist, but at Aspen Dental in Garner, I was comfortable and each staff member that I interacted with during my visit was amazing. Towards the end of my visit I met Molli and I knew right away that see truly cares about the needs of the patient. She was knowledgeable, patient and understood my goals. I would recommend this dental office for the 5 star service that I received.
I was blown away by the experience I had at my visit at Aspen Dental . In my 70 years of visiting a Dental office this by far was the greatest. Everyone was so attentive and kind social able, caring, patient, humorous. They make you feel so comfortable, it's like you are family to them. The explanation about every detail was told to you . I’ve had a fear of going to the dentist and have not gone for 20+ years. Not only was it very fearful, I had a lot of anxiety today. Right from the star I did not meet one person with a negative attitude. Everybody was Friendly, very thorough when explaining my needs. And best of all NO judgment. I would recommend the team at Aspen dental in Garner to anyone. I will be going back, that’s the way a patient should be treated. Thank you❤️
From the beginning to the end a great experience. On might say, to visit a dentist always goes along with a shiver. Yet, all my experience was a relaxed and relaxing appointment. As I must return I feel very good about it.
This isn’t a medical experience, it’s a sales one. Haven’t established a dentist in the area yet so tried here, won’t be back. I don’t know I’ve ever been to a chain dental practice before, I should’ve known it wouldn’t be great. Check in was fine, appreciate they have all the forms on iPad. Waited 20 minutes or so and got back for what I had requested as an exam and cleaning, but was then informed they do an exam and ‘if the hygienist has time’ do a cleaning or I have to schedule it.
