RUN AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Very bad experience. Went for Dentures and it seems that all they do is scan the impressions and digitally make your dentures. The teeth themselves are very big and bulky, compared to my old set of dentures. None of them fit correctly and when im went back for adjustments, i was placed with very inexperienced acting young people. I hope leaving this helps some people out before booking with this place. I first made an appointment and called for a quote for just a regular cleaning without insurance, a woman on the phone let me know it would only be $108 which sounds good so i booked an appointment for a cleaning or so i thought. Do not go here they have horrible customer service, attitude over the phone and the worse service I ever received. Aspen Dental are Scammer they open up a credit card without my Knowledge and I have insurance,
I loved being able to make an appointment right away and being able to do so online. I think I made it a week out. And then they emailed and called you and texted you to remind you of your appointment. But my appointment was at 4 PM and I got there 15 minutes early because I was a new patient and had to fill out forms and I waited an hour and 15 minutes and still did not get seen. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment yesterday and was told to just sit in the waiting area until the staff were back from lunch. At 1:30 when my appointment was scheduled the friendly receptionist began calling people up to the desk. After a few others were called up it was my turn and I gave my insurance information and filled out the iPad questionnaire and returned it. I then waited until 2:40 PM to get called back. Initially I had a pretty good experience, As a new patient I needed to get a full set of images of my teeth and that experience was great. Also doing the intake paper for was good and loved that it was done all on an iPad and didn't have any issues. Ok Here is where things started to go wrong.
