RecommendedYes!! I drive over an hour just to go here! Dr. Hall & Dr. Murphy are AWESOME!! The entire Gastonia staff is so incredibly nice, helpful, patient, & calming! Years of bad dental work made me neglect my teeth & need iv sedation but not here! 3 other places wanted to remove over a dozen of my teeth & give me dentures…well, not here! I only had to have 2 teeth removed, a few cavities fixed, 2 crowns, & on my way to getting partials! Everyone at the Gastonia office is super nice!! They are patient & caring. Thanks all!!
I had not been to the dentist in years, due to horrible experiences in the past with various dentists. Dr. Werkman is wonderful! He says he explains everything, and is very personable as well. The whole office made me very comfortable. I would and have recommended this office to friends and family!
I'm a new patient at the Gastonia office. I hadn't been to the dentist in decades due to dental anxiety based on past experiences. I was terrified. My first visit was good. My second was great. And they just keep getting better. Dr. Hall, and DA's Robin and Anna, are awesome. Wonderful staff and the sincere care of my Doctor gave me a sense of relaxation. There was no pressure to choose any of the options given to me and the option I selected was provided to me the same day! The relief of pain was instant and I’m so very glad they were available! The doctors knowledge was significant and she took the time to explain my options as well as her recommendations while making it very clear that any choice I made was perfectly fine with them! Very professional, were the only ones that would help my husband with a horrible toothache. Everyone else wanted him to come end of January, but the pain was unbearable. Definitely recommend them. We went to Gastonia office but I'm sure all are great.
