What a unfortunate situation! The staff was extremely rude & argumentative, full of factious remarks! The “Professionalism” with this company leaves a lot to be desired! Will not ever use Aspen Dental again!
It was terrible! I lost 3 hours, did not attend to my urgency and taking X-rays, I only hurt my mouth. I will never come back to you or recommend you!

They overbooked. We waited 2 hours before being seen by Dentist and they were unable to give us the costs for the needed procedure before leaving unless we were to wait another hour. We were promised a phone call the next day and at 10am we had still had no contact with them. Very disappointed
I have been yo yjis office many times before. The first time there the owner called me a liar when I told him my denture didn't fit. Fortunatly I was able to see another dentist and all was fixed and it was the denture. I have seen other dentists and had great experiences at this office until this last visit. After figuring out the cost of the repair I was asked if my portion was ok and I responded yes, as I had other times being there. The young lady sat there for a minute or so and then said"Well can I have the money Now?"... read more

The dental service itself was good however every time I have a dental visit they try to provide services above and beyond what's covered under the dental insurance. They're more about making a profit than providing a service.

Good experience but I only wanted my teeth cleaned and was told I need all these other procedures done in the amount of $850.00. I had my teeth cleaned 6 months ago when I lived around San Antonio Texas and it was only $150.00. The dentist is Texas is very experienced and he certainly didn’t tell me I had all these other problems. I went to him for 12 years. Need to find a different dentist!
My appointment was set for 6pm. I showed up over an hour early and was out the door by 6:15pm. Awesome!
