All the staff were very nice but the only complaint I have is that they only had one doctor on duty The other doctors took their vacations leaving One doctor for procedures three people in the back getting work done . Two hour procedure took 3 1/2 hours I was not happy with that First time this happened I just wish they would schedule a little better .
My grandson went to Aspen, they seemed good. To me the only problem which I think is very important is that he is in pain from a bad tooth and he has to wait about 10 days to get back into get it fixed. We set up the financial part of the process on April 24 and he can get in till May 8 due to scheduling. In the meantime he is taking the antibiotics but still has a swollen mouth and considerable pain. It's a long time till May8
