Very unorganized, some very rude staff. Blonde receptionist was unnecessarily rude to my girlfriend who had my 2 children under 2 years old. Will be going to a different dentist from now on. Would not recommend. Way more trouble then it was worth. I’m referring to the Kentwood location on 28th street. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Save yourself the frustration.
I would give zero stars if that was an option. This office is incompetent and uncaring. I've been dealing with an abscess for almost a week, taking an antibiotic prescribed by their dentist and was told today that not only were they not going to do the extraction, but I also needed a stronger antibiotic that they refuse to call in for me. Trying to call corporate is useless also. My advice, find a better and more trustworthy dental office.

Your procedure rooms are dirty. There was debris all over the floor. The equipment stand and light were covered in splatters possibly chemical, organic, or used water. The chair was unsanitary. It was missing a disposable cover to protect the patient from touching the actual headrest. As the staff approached they grabbed gloves without wash with soap and water. When I called to schedule the appointment I asked if the office had gas. She assured me they had many methods of sedation. I asked again about gas and she told me they had methods of sedation and that the office would talk to me about it. They do NOT offer sedation dentistry, unless you want to wait for the once a month oral surgeon who comes in and then it will be alot more expensive.
