Second time coming here... both times very disappointed! Waited for over an hour (with a scheduled appt.) to be seen both times. Then they have you sit in a chair in the back and wait some more while they all walk around laughing and making conversation with eachother. Apparently they make it difficult to service pregnant women, all I wanted was a check up/ cleaning. I even had to have my obgyn fax over a sheet stating it’s safe. But it wasn’t enough. Kind of glad I walked out, made me wonder if they even know how to service pregnant women. Bad first time experience here.
The finance lady told me to dial 211 from my phone to check on assistance.....I did it and United Way answered the phone and told me to call Senior Neighbors which I did, had to leave a message so they coukd call me back, and I am still waiting for the call back. Waste of time...If the flipper which I could afford is so cheaply made and breaks so easily why even offer it. Why would I pay $320 for something that is that cheap....

Horrible customer service. Inconsistent and quite rude. Dr. Sible and the technician are great but customer service staff are so aweful! Been waiting an hour now never coming here again. Why schedule appointments if you have to wait until they feel like seeing you.
Terrible experience. Ended up being there for over two hours for about 15-20 minutes of interaction. I was told I needed a lot of serious work done, none of which came up as future concerns at my visit with my previous dentist approximately 6 months ago which I found odd. Then I was taken into a small room to talk about payment options which was awkward, kind of felt like I was getting the shake down and was basically told they couldn’t do anything for me- not even a basic cleaning- until I did a $300 procedure that my insur... read more
My 7 year old son had a tooth that was aching from a cavity, so we set up an emergency appointment to get it fixed. We were told on the phone that they would take care of it so we came in and they insisted on doing an exam first, and then the dentist said that he was swamped and referred us to a pediatric dentist so $91 dollars for them to say go somewhere else, we won't be back.
They advertise dentures in days not weeks. It took 4 weeks to get my dentures and I am working on 3 weeks of getting them adjusted. Each time it takes at least a week before getting back in. I have had them for 2 weeks and have worn them less than 2 hours. To me this is false advertising. They also advertise dentures for $399 a plate but if you have insurance that is not the price.
