Months after an appointment and overpayment and we still don’t have a refund. Each time I call their systems are down and they can’t look it up or their phone system is down and can’t answer phones.

didn't tell me that the 200$ dollars I gave them was to tell me what I told them broken tooth then wanted another 400$ to pull it bull shit money hungry no good dirty business now I can't afford to get tooth pulled sitting in excruciating pain 200$ dollars for nothing I could of asked a homeless person to repeat me instead and at least had a good deed to show for I think these places should be tryed by BBB didn't even tell me before hand that's just to parrot what I told them greed you will be judged

Went to get my 1 tooth put back on my temp partial. After waiting all day it was done and when I went in to pick it up they handed it back to me in the baggie I had used to take it in with. I was not given the time have the partial fitted. I then was told they didn’t have anyone to do this.!!! When I placed it in my mouth my it is clearly too big and it doesn’t even fit taunt to the roof of my mouth. Therefore food gets caked between and I gag n can’t even eat with it in my mouth!! Horrible. They talked me into plastic liners for my teeth. Very painful and a pain to deal with 22 hrs a day. The first set made for me didn’t fit so went through 6 months for nothing then next set not good. So I said forget it cancel it. Now they won’t give me any refund out $2500.00. DO NOT EVER use ASPEN dental

lower your costs. tv in chair is expensive ( NICE ) but it costs. staff was great, kept me relaxed ight up until you dropped the cost on me. $ 23.000.00 is a bit much given the state of the economy. good luck

I took my daughter (7) here for an emergency dentist appointment. They were seriously wonderful, until the end... When they wouldn’t continue care because my daughter kept crying off and on during the exam/cleaning and that looked bad to their current patients hearing her cry.... So far I am pretty pleased! I went to the Grants Pass location and it was not easy I was afraid I would be judged and treated badly and that couldn’t be farther from the experience that I had. They were kind and gentle and they found something that I could afford. I go back on the 16th for extractions and to get my new smile. I will keep you updated!
