Didn't do anything to help with my tooth pain. Left me a big Bill to pay $$$on top of it.
I would avoid this office like the plague! I made an appointment for an upper denture plate and was given a slot at 7:45 a.m. but told to be there at 7:30. I was right on time, but wasn't called back until 8:10. The appointment was to get the ball rolling to replace my existing upper plate mind you. Got told one price by one person and then some other bossy lady tried to tell me I owed more three people giving me three different prices they need to get their act together spend two grand and then they want to charge you more there’s plenty of other people that take my money in this town
Recommendedthey were nice and friendly but i dont recommend for people who lives on a fixed income to go to this....its very expensive and my dentist Insurance could only covered 1,500.00 of it and to get a loan the intrest rate is too high. Im looking into finding a Affordable dentists asap.
Went to the Grants pass location last week for first visit, when I got there they said my appt. had been canceled but they didn’t call to tell me this. So I schedule another appointment for yesterday, when I get there they told me I didn’t have an appointment, but could see me anyway. After waiting a little over an hour they took me in for X-rays after that went to another room to have my teeth looked at by the hygienist, then she told me the dentist would be right in to look at my teeth. the dentist looked like she just rolled out of bed her hair and clothes all messy waited over an hour past our appt tried to charge me for visit when I have insurance which paid for it but tried to tell I didn't have insurance worst place ever
Receptionist announced to the lobby my Social security number birthdate and full name when she called to verify my insurance. It should have been done in a different office where other customers couldn't hear..
I don’t know if it’s that I hate going to the dentist or that I didn’t care for he doctor. The tooth extraction lasted 25 minutes and was traumatic as all get out. Ended up with dry socket and 9 days later still in pain. I went in because my tooth chipped and was cutting my tongue. I wanted it taken out but wish they would have filed it down or recommended me to someone who wouldn’t charge $1800 to get it fixed. Awful experience.
