Worst experience of my life for real... they pulled all my bottom teeth without it being numb due to an abscess... they never offered to send me to an oral surgeon that they have that could of put me to sleep to do or as the office manager said they could have given u a Valium I don’t understand why they didn’t .. um really they never offered nothing... I leave after my follow up with the same dentist that said oh everything is healing just fine .. I told him I was having horrible pain and he just gave me a script for mouth ... read more
Tried for three months to get in. Doctor canceled, x-ray machine down, power out. when finally got in it has been a month for them to work my daughter in and she is in severe pain with a broken tooth and I keep saying the other location hasn't got back with them do not use them. Tried to get them to call me back but the are in meeting and never do. Dentist offices that doesn't call you back are not a good one. They are so expensive. Nice people. That's all I going to say about that. DONE
My experience with them was not good. The people were nice. The man that handles finance really turned me off. He was nice enough but something about him made me get a 2nd opinion. Glad I did. Aspen Dental quoted me around 9K for my dental work. Got a 2nd opinion. Now paying less than half with an excellent dental group.
