The people at this office are exceptional! They are friendly, understanding, caring and so pleasant to deal with. They know coming to the dentist is not anyone's favorite place to be but they make it easier to edure.

I appreciate that the dentist told me everything that she was going to do and checked in during the procedure to make sure that I was ok. The staff was friendly and helpful and my appointment went smoothly. I don't like the way billing is handled. I understand that payment is an issue but it seems often like it's a priority. I was examined and then made to pay before the procedure was done. I do not have a regular dentist and Aspen Dental will be my default until I can find one.
