The staff were very welcoming and I did not wait long. I felt very comfortable and they explained everything to me in great detail. Thank you.
I use to like to work with Dr. Lee, he was amazing. Unfortunately, he moved away, and and in my following visit , which I was suppose to do a Crown to a specific tooth, the Dr. did a crown where there was already a crown. ,In other words, she took off the new existing Crown and put a connecting Crown for both tooth. Very uncomfortable. A Dr. needs to see what he/she is doing.
Aspen dental for the most part is good. My only complaint is that they are somewhat pushy about you signing up for credit for procedures you really can't otherwise afford.

This is my first time going to Aspen Dental so far everyone has been wonderful Dr Lee is very nice and explained the dental procedures needed and Stephanie helped with insurance and out-of-pocket cost I think everything's going to be good once finished
i've been going to aspen dental for years and have been fairly happy with the service, except for a visit years ago when they had an awful manager who didn't explain anything and was charging me for follow up visits on a root canal that just wouldn't heal right. the staff is friendly and professional and they lay out plans up front so you know what you're getting into. Dr. Lee is my favorite.
I've been recommended to this place and my family says their awesome especially dr lee I'm excited about my visit

Aspen dental Hamden was by far the best dentist office I been to the receptionist Katherine was very kind and professional the office manager Alisha was very efficient and knew what she was talking about as well as the Dentist Dr Lee and Dental assistant I recommend them to everyone thank you so much for giving back my smile!
