They seemed nice and helpful at first but, then they said I needed gum scaling/root planing. They setup my appointments for the procedure and told me the cost it was really high but, I thought i just went over my yearly maximum cause it's the end of the year. I think that they try to find things that are not there. I see a dentist every 6 months and was never told what aspen told me. So find it hard to believe that I have the problem there claiming. I take good care of my teeth. So will not be returning. Will be returning to my dentist. Thank god to the old fashioned dentists!
How did I get a Quote for a Route Canal for $2,995 from Aspen Dental, and Quotes elsewhere for $1000, and $700, and on Delta Dental website says a route canal averages around 700-1000. I DEFINITELY went elsewhere and had my work done. Why should the Patients pay so much extra because your a CORPORATE DENTIST?
Will never return to this practice. I had three appointments for my son who needed to have two teeth removed. The first Doctor said it was fine to extract. On the next scheduled visit for the extraction ,my son sat in the chair nervously waiting for a Novocaine only to have the very nice technician come into say the new dentist felt he needed an oral surgeon. Will never return to this practice. Unorganized, constantly moving around appointments and the office staff is not trained properly. The prices are quite high for the level of care received as well. Very disappointed.
