They called me 40 minutes before my scheduled appointment to say come right over as they had a cancellation. I did that, arriving 15 minutes early. I checked in and had a discussion with the receptionist about the charges for the day (it seemed as though they were going to do work that I was not expecting). Then I sat for an hour, waiting to be seen. They even took other patients because someone screwed up and thought I was not there. Had not been to the dentist in a couple of years due to money. So I stopped by the Haverhill office and they gave me a check up and told me what needed to be done. Then I applied for financial assistance and then they started the procedure. All this in about 2 hours time. I recommend Aspen Dental. Pete

Why does the Haverhill Aspen Dental take children only to not do the work after they are diagnosed with a cavity and a filling is needed? We were referred to a pediatric dentist that can both diagnose and do the dental work. My son is 10 and has no issue with doctors or dentists. You should clearly state that children can only do cleanings at their practice. I have changed dental offices as a result of this.

Do not go here. They refused to clean my teeth unless I upgraded to what they wanted. Would not let me have a say in my own healthcare. It's all about the money.Ripoff. Do not go there.

I wouldn't recommend Methuen Aspen dental to a snake. Switched to haverhill and the staff is great but my dentures still don't fit right and I'm stuck writing this stupid review because it's the third one in a week I've received. And if I don't Aspen going to continue to send me one every other day. Now if you wait I'll write a review when I finish the work I need done

Aspen's appointment management system is terrible, another last minute rescheduled appointment due to system error. Patients arrange our work schedules around the dental office appointment times and when there is a failure to properly manage the appointment schedules it impacts all of us.

I had a root canal 18 months ago and now have had pain at that site for Appx 5 days. Have been calling to speak with someone for 5 hours now with no call back. Terribly unimpressed.

The receptionist was fine. But once I got to the exray part, the technician was abrupt with me and curt with her instructions. She needs a course on how to talk with people. I came because of the TV ads and what was said on TV and what the cost was really were two different things. I am only going to have the general dentistry then go back to Tufts Dental School and have my bottom flipper made there because it is much cheaper than what Aspen Dental was going to charge me.
This past year I went to a local Dentist , After eleven visits for adjustments, I'm left very disappointed, still unable to wear my dentures, I walked into Aspen Dental Haverhill ma, They took me in with no questions asked, I just received my new dentures, Never new dentures could feel so natural in my mouth , I actually enjoy wearing my dentures, I need no dental grip, They stay in my mouth, I can even eat food with them, Dr Bello, dental assistant Kristin, an Ron who did the sculpture on my new teeth, The receptionist were... read more
