So broke my upper plate Saturday, went to Methuen Aspen was told they could not see me today, went to Haverhill and not only was I seen but they repaired my plate and ordered me a new one! PEOPLE make the difference huge thanks to Shannon, Telyssa, and May all who saved the day for me and treated me with respect! If your going to Aspen come to Haverhill!

Everyone was super friendly in the office. Extremely kind and caring when getting my X-rays done since it can be uncomfortable. They explained everything they were going to do and outlined a plan of action as well as payment options since I have no insurance. I definitely recommend Aspen Dental. I'll be getting my new crown and other services done in the near future.
The entire staff is 110% professional and I highly recommend them. Today was my 2nd visit and looking forward to next week's appointment. Thank you for having caring people in your office.
