Excellent service all around. Made an appointment and they were very professional from start to finish. Made me feel very comfortable and felt I was always in good hands by all the employees. Price was also the best. They will work with you to help you with your dental needs. Will highly recommend to anyone!

My first visit at Aspen Dental was great! The staff was very friendly and explained everything to me and helped me understand my options. My hygienist Liz was so great! She was super gentle during my cleaning and very efficient! Need to come back to get some dental work done, and I know I'll be in great hands!

I want to share something that doesn't sit right with me. An elderly family member of mine went to Aspen Dental in Hollister for dentures. She was alone, in pain, and trusted the process. She ended up being signed into a financing plan at nearly 30% interest over 7 years. What started as about $8,000 will turn into almost $19,000. I initially had a good experience with the Aspen Dental office staff--they were very nice, friendly, and welcoming. I do not believe the local staff intentionally tried to overcharge or double-charge me. When my insurance eligibility was checked before my service, it showed that I was eligible, with some out-of-pocket costs. I didn't mind paying that portion and paid everything I was told during my first visit. I've gone back and forth on posting this but another day with ridiculous wait times. I don't understand why they make appointments they are never ready for and it's completely unprofessional. And each time they run out of time and just tell me to come back, you wouldn't run out of time if you started your appointments on time! They need to get their scheduling figured out, people have lives and half your visit to the dentist shouldn't be in the waiting room.

I am curious, what is the purpose of scheduling an appointment if the wait time is likely to be an hour, perhaps due to multiple bookings at the same time? Additionally, I would like to suggest that a record be kept of the individuals who contact patients to arrange appointments. I was informed that a certain amount was covered by my previous insurance, and upon my arrival the following day, a portion of that sum appeared to be missing. There is a reason why this dentistry is the lowest rated in Hollister on Yelp. First, they are very slow. Took them an hour to call me in. Second, the staff is very rude. Third, they will push for X-rays and will refuse cleaning if it's not completed. I have never run into this before and as others pointed out, they are money hungry. I did not take the X-ray. Fourth, my wife went to this place and experienced the cleaning of the hygienist which was unprofessional and painful. They were so slow that she had to come in for a s... read more

Stay away from this place at all cost. Went in for a cleaning and some perio work, and the place was filthy, the floor was full of dental picks and dental floss. They initially said they could do the periodontal work on me, took all the xrays to bill me and my insurance and then ended up telling me they couldn't do it. I was relieved because again after a second look at their office floor if they can't keep the floors clean what does that say about the rest of their office. Go anywhere else unless it's an emergency or just use them for referrals. Do not recommend getting any work done here ever
