I really don't like going to the dentist at all but I had a really great experience here. Thank you Dr. Ram for making me feel welcome and comfortable. Kaycee and Carmen are amazing, I didn't feel anything and this experience was a really good one. This place isn't your regular dentist, they really do care and make you feel comfortable. These are professionals that you can tell they love what they do because they didn't abuse my mouth! Lol

I wish I had known about this place sooner! I HATE going to any kind of medical office because the staff is always so bitter and just chastises you and leaves you not wanting to ever return. This could not be further from the truth here! Every single staff member I came in contact with (and I'm pretty sure with all my visits this week it was all of them at some point) was so caring and friendly, not just with me but every single patient I saw come and go. unnecessary work and treatment, specially in areas of cleaning. shame on iu necessary work done that's not a necessity. please speak to your offices so they are not doing more than what people can afford, and what's needed in order to bill higher. remind your offices to not practice unethical ways of practice.

My 1st visit as a new patient, I had XRs and the dentist examine my teeth. I was told "you need to make another appointment for your cleaning cause we don't have time today." The tone and complete disregard for my time was insulting. I spoke up and only then did the manager arrange for someone to do my cleaning. For my 2nd visit, I got fitted for a mouth guard. The staff were courteous and the cleaning was competent, but double-check the information they provide. After speaking with a member of the office staff (whose name is being omitted for the sake of their privacy) and explaining that because my insurance only covers dental cleanings every 6 months, I wanted to make sure this dental cleaning was far enough out from my last one to be covered by my insurance. I went in for a first appointment regarding option for dentures (preferably the snap on solution). After waiting for 1.5 hours, I was forced to do a 3D x-ray again, even though I had all the images from my dentist with me!! Before going in I had already subscribed to the savings plan (more about that later). After a long consult with the office/account manager I walked out with a pretty steep offer. Do not get your dentures done here they are very unprofessional, and I had to get my dentures done four times and they still did not do them right do not do business with Aspen Dental on Westheimer in Houston Texas //13325 Westheimer rd. ste 150 ((They are the Worst.))

Horrible 1st experience, I had to wait almost 2 hours for my teeth to be cleaned & they did not clean my teeth, they said after I waited 2 hours, they were only going to take xrays & evaluate my teeth. Then they tell me I need a deep cleaning. Crazy! I went to a periodontist for a 2nd opinion & he said no I do not need a deep cleaning. This place only wants to run up a high bill for the insurance company.
