Everyone at Aspen Dental, from Nicole (who took my original phone call) to Angeline (who greeted us on arrival) to the dentist himself (who has a wonderful support staff) was friendly and helpful� Their customer service skills are not to be surpassed�. In a time when good customer service is hard to find - these people are the best�
I am not the patient my Fiancé is: this is both of our review. He was there yesterday... I have to tell you Nicole B. (Hudson NY) was wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful. Very pleasant. Made my Fiancé and I feel extremely comfortable with the process I would be going through thanks to her. She explained everything so that we could understand. The new Aspen Dental in Hudson is wonderful. Everyone has a smile for you, will stop to chat with you. I find Dr. Lomanto to be very cheerful, caring and professional. There seems to be good work environment. The atmosphere is so relaxing - not the stressful feeling one usually gets going to a dentist. I would and will recommend them to everyone.

It was a bit over whelming to much commotion going on . three doctors talking about what needs to be done. One trying to out shine The other two ? Per Haps he was in charge I am not sure he just started to lecture everyone in the room.I felt like I was on rounds lol. The office manager was great and the whole staff really was fun. I am planning on having work done. They did answer all my questions . They were very informative. To be straight honest, there’s a manager there she will not give her last name so I’m going to say her first name is Kay. She should not be working as a representative of Aspen dental. If she wants to be a kindergarten teacher that’s a better profession for her or maybe not. I had a issue with a bill and called multiple times and Kay if that’s even her real name kept on hanging up on me! She is so unprofessional! I have never experienced such a traumatic experience with a dentist until Dec 19th, 2022. She was rude and I thought maybe she was in a rush because I was the last patient? She hardly numbed the spot before inserting the needle. It hurt really bad and as time went on she seemed more agitated about something as she was constantly venting to the assistant about other co workers there. She didn’t really even give the needle time to kick in and when I felt the drill I was told “it’s probably just the cold feeling” she continued ... read more
