Aspen Dental is a corporate vampire operation, they will charge you the most to do basic work. I needed a tooth extracted which is covered under my insurance however they told me I needed a surgical extraction so that they could charge me top rate and make more money. I got a second opinion and I had my tooth pulled with no out-of-pocket expense at another dentist office. Aspen Dental is a corporate driven rip off .

I went there just to have a tooth filled- I explained that I had started anew job and my insurance hasn’t started yet-but I could pay 100.00 dollars and then go get my check and come back and pay the rest- they took pictures of my mouth- then a lady told me that I’d have to go see a specialist-so I left - I ended up going to another dentist in the area and explained to them the same thing about my insurance-the dentist so so nice- he fixed my tooth- just needed a filling- I payed the hundred dollars-and they made payment arr... read more

Don't force procedures on people that their insurance does not cover. If you don't take the procedure, you can't be a customer.

Consider the patients' needs before $$, tell pt. what is going on. Too long a wait.

My wife Nicole went to Aspen dental with severe tooth pain on July 18, 2018, as our regular dentist wasn't available. Following a full mouth x ray. The very nice dentist diagnosed her with tooth sensitivity and prescribed a desensitizing paste to use for the next two weeks. After he left, the tech took her to the front office chair where the girl Nicole B had her sign papers full of dental codes without explaining anything and took $600 deposit of $1220 and then told my wife she would feel a lot better if she got a cleaning.... read more

I do NOT recommend this practice! Went in for appointment, had x-rays and waited OVER two hours! Never saw the dentist, had to leave due to another appointment! Then, they called to inform me that the services I needed were OVER $5000.00 after what my insurance paid! Tried to negotiate something I could afford but was informed that they ONLY recommend the top two tiers of service(the second tier was only like $400 less)! When asked why they weren't more competitive with another name brand company, they just said "Well go the... read more

I not exactly sure how it's done in the civilian world but during my military career after going to a dental cleaning. your teeth felt clean shiny and just amazing clean feeling. I left there with some nasty fluoride paste on my teeth that felt like cheap bubble gum stucked to your teeth. it was crazy to even talk to your friends with that paste all over your teeth. Then they charged me for varnish which was useless. Overall I would give them a 1star. Their team was super unwelcoming and didn't make me feel like they were pr... read more

Went here to get my teeth looked at, did not have a good experience at all. Front desk receptionist was nice and so was the woman who took x rays. The dr who looked at my teeth was very mean and demanded I have all wisdom teeth out even though only one was bothering me. He said I had a lot of decay and that no dentist wants to clean that. He was not personable or friendly at all, just downright rude. Hygienist was okay. Checking out was a nightmare as I have no insurance and my treatment plan would cost me an arm and a leg..... read more

I would not recommend Aspen to my worst enemy! We are still going back as either one of us can keep the teeth in our mouths. Mine are just a cheap piece of plastic you can see through, Both the uppers & lowers. Like they are made out of kids Play Dough!! Jim's mouth is so sore and the we were told they are just temporary!! For all the money we paid up front, we are being taken for some "SNOW JOB!!!" Now he has to go back in October for the REAL McCOY's.
