These people are horrible they have now made four errors with my mothers dentures and implants!! And now the office manager is blowing us off. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE. RUN AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!!!! We finally heard back from the office manager, and all she did was talk over me, raise her voice, and lecture me like I was a two-year-old. PLEASE READ. Unacceptable to tell patients they have dental conditions that are not true. Why charge a patient $600.00 for a simple class V filling?! Then lie that they have gingivitis and would need a laser to do the filling? That is fraud and wrong for you to scam Patients like that. Would not recommend to anyone ever. They are the worst dentist's office I have been to. They're a complete scam and will tell you your insurance will cover it and then turn around and say they won't and charge you. I would recommend that NO ONE uses them and your better off going elsewhere for work.

Thank god I escaped Aspen Dental after only two visits. They will take every dime you have and fix nothing. Thankfully I found a great dentist and was able to help me. Don’t go there folks. They will delete this, they only let the five stars stay on.

The dentist and staff are amazing. the billing manager and their insurance people are garbage as can be. i have only been 3x and they have over charged me for everything so then I have to call and fight to get it fixed. Horrendous customer service. stay far far away from the 25th Aspen Dental, crooks all them!!

Ever wonder why there is a problem with Aspen Dental? Research the Frontline Investigation which was broadcast on PBS in 2012. The Idaho Falls office dropped the ball. When transparency isn't the office's priority-then the patient suffers the consequences; "Your mouth-our mission," should be "Your wallet-our mission."
