VERY unsatisfied with this dental office. They are really good at luring you in with hope, a smile and hollow reassurance. I was so scared to go to this office, cuz I was afraid what could happen, and in fact DID HAPPEN! They say on tv, in their office, and in a brochures that they accept ALL insurances, but after the first free appointment, which we did, my brother and I, they found out we had no insurance except for, ready for it? Took my husband here to get a tooth checked out, instantly upon sitting in the chair we had a dental assistant trying to sell us on an electric tooth brush for a good 15 minutes. The dentist checks him, tooth needs to be pulled but apparently we have to set another appointment for that so fine, we go back a week later to get it pulled. During the tooth extraction my husband tells the dentist he can feel it and the dentist then says "let's just go for it!" Dr.Gutierrez has the driest sense of humor and is a jerk also good thing for his amazing loving kind staff makes up for his ignorance

Thanks for nothing Aspen because you refused to listen to me. I went to another dentist, and he saved me from having a root canal after my tooth broke. I will not be referring you.

It was a joke I went in for a horrible tooth she and after all the unnecessary things I saw the doctor for a minute and he wanted to pull my tooth but I didn't like how they were treating me so I left in tears I went to my normal dentist and he looked at everything and said all I had was a filling too high adjusted and I am pain free I could've lost a tooth worst place ever
