Two years ago went in for an abcessed tooth. Said it needed pulled. Pulled "a tooth", and I went home. On changing guaze, found said tooth still there and the tooth behind it gone! Called in and after being on hold said the dentist said he thought "pulling the one behind would help". Said tooth then a year later infected my cheek, resulting in an ER visit and antibiotics. All I wanted was to get x-rays, an exam, and my teeth cleaned....the dentist was already preparing for my treatment that day (which I never approved) and once they told me it would cost $16,000....well, that's NOT going to happen and then they suggested I get a bank loan,,,,get real. I just wanted my teeth cleaned....the woman said that would cost $1000....seriously???? This place was awesome in the beginning, then once they get you feeling comfortable then they stick it to you. The bill went through our dental insurance and financed the rest, but they could not get the partial to fit right after 2 times. The first one broke twice because it wouldn’t fit right, and same can be said about the 2nd. So unfortunately I guess we gotta pay for their mistakes, or until we finally get the WE FINALLY GOT IT RIGHT PARTIAL. Only problem is they keep asking for $500 and $600 each office visit now. I gave them my insurance information PRIOR to appointment. Took day off work, went to appointment, filled out papers, X-rays, dental hygienist, doctor and financial. Last stop I find that it is out of network. Why would they not tell me before appointment. The staff was very nice. I would never never recommend the rip off.
