More interested in selling you services you don't need than fixing what you came in for. Very rude and inconsiderate. I actually walked out and would not let them touch me. I wouldn't let this place look at my dogs teeth. Read other online reviews before you go.
Worst experience ever kept my mother coming back and dentures still not right She saw 5 different people and everyone told her something different! We are getting her money back and the dentist there today April 5 2016 should not work with the public especially elderly.
Had the worst experience ever with Dr. Bonczak, very ignorant and unprofessional, I would warn everyone to STAY AWAY!! from this guy, and this place for that matter.
The people working there do not have ethical and professional standards. I went there yesterday for the first time hoping to do a check up and clean my teeth. However, they told me I need an x-Ray in order to get my teeth cleaned and the doctor said he suspected that I have three small cavities and some gum disease. They cannot clean my teeth unless I got the treatment first and make commitment to their plan. They also need medical release from my OBGYN to implement procedure... did not like this place. they misdiagnosed me with eight cavities and gingivitis. i went for a second opinion and was told i only have two cavities and no gingivitis. i think they were taking advantage of me for money. had three cavities done and my mouth has ached since.glad i got out of there.
