I recommend that your office make sure they have all dental info verified before the patients come in because it is not only embarrassing but annoying. I gave my dental info three times before my appointment then again after I got there. There is an office closer to me and after all that I started to leave but did not, while I was in the back office there was a sweet lady wiping things down I asked her for the office manager, then the sweetest Doctor came in. Oh and while I stepped around the corner on the phone with the ins... read more

Beware, Beware of Aspen Dental. My wife needed Dentures and an operation. We first went to 2 other Dentists, and both said the dentures would be covered under insurance, but not the operation. When we found Aspen, we had a long meeting with Becca. We made a 2 year plan and took out a loan on what the insurance was not going to cover. we were told by Becca the operation was covered. On that note, we decided to use Aspen Dental. so my wife could have the beautiful teeth she had always wished for. 2 months later we received a $... read more

I'm confused why an ESTIMATE meaning best to worst case scenario on a procedure?! I called and asked about a root canal and told them the tooth #. All I could be told is that the initial visit was "free" and would discuss price after the visit. Seems really shady to me.

Business response:

In order to protect patient privacy, we'd prefer to have a more personalized conversation with any patient offline. Through that approach, our team can get more information and help more effectively answer questions and address concerns, If you would like to discuss further, please call me at 1-866-767-0890. — Dawn, ADMI

Denture for my daughter didn’t fit and they did mot file my insurance in a timely manner resulting in the claim being denied. They call and give me false information about a refund I was owed and this lasted for almost 6 weeks. Still have not settled this issue and now seeking counsel. BBB has been notified as well.

Only new patients can use the most convenient method of scheduling an appointment online. Successive appointments (not that I’ve managed to get any) must be made by phone. But if you can’t call before they decide not to bother answering the phone for the day you are SOL.

Take a look at my immediate denture. Do you think I can bite into food? This is what I got from this location. Beware! I complained and they were in no rush to fix their mistake. I was also told by a specialist they removed wayyyyyy too much bone. Now I have to have a bone grafting procedure. Go at your own risk!! I am suffering after being butchered by this place. No apologies or nothing to rectify this.

Just went in. They said they didn’t accept my insurance. It says on their website that they do. Soooooo, can you fix that please so that more people don’t pay to have their kids watched or miss work for nothing.

Hey everyone, just a friendly PSA. Don't ever use Aspen Dental. I've been getting some work done there over the past year, seemed fine, until I got my wisdom teeth done. They deleted my insurance info, didn't bill my insurance, told me that it had to be fully paid for before the procedure was done. We decided to use a credit we had on the account, they told us I owed nothing and I had the procedure done. Months later when we haven't heard anything from the dentist's office, I get a debt collector letter claiming I owe $1000 ... read more

The staff asked me to sign the financial responsibility document before I was informed of what the finances would be which I know to be improper. I was given a thorough exam. All I wanted was to replace my lost partial but they suggested more work which I did not deem necessary. I could not afford the $4000 price tag. Instead of forgoing the suggested work and just doing the partial, they sent me packing.VERY DISAPPOINTED!
