I was very disappointed with my experience. No one took the time to explain to me what was going to happen during my procedure. I had to really probe for information on different options. Once I got my procedure scheduled and got there to get started I had to ask them to explain to me what was going to happen? That seemed to really agitate them. Couldn't be seen by my regular dentist soon enough so I decided to give Aspen Dental a try. I was having severe pain in the back of my mouth along with infection and I thought maybe some x-rays could tell us what was going on. Arrived early to my appointment and waited in the lobby for quite some time. Finally got called back to do some x-rays. The hygienist visited with me for maybe 5 minutes? They have taken forever to get my husband's dentures and the bite is off and they are not the ones he picked out.
I needed a second opinion. I had my x-rays that were only 4 days old. But they needed to do their own x-rays, of course. I arrived 15 minutes early, as requested but waited in the lobby for 25 minutes. Two hours and 10 minutes after arriving for my consultation and second opinion, I was doing an exist conversation with their business manager. This was disappointing. I told them I did not need dental work. All I wanted to know if they could repair my broken dentures. They insisted I had to fill out all of their paper work just for that. I was highly indignant to inform them of all my personal info just for that.
My finance had the worst experience there. 2nd infected tooth under a bridge. first one happened after 2 month already and they fixed it then. They did not give her any pain meds and she was miserable throughout the holidays. They prescribed antibiotics that should not be used on dental infections, because its too week and does not help. Doctor was very rude and would not help, because my fiance complained about the poor service. Stay away from ASPEN and see a real dentist with experience and knowledge!!!

Paid iver $2k for a bridge last year. 2 months later needed a root canal under the bridge. Now i need another one. They want to send me to a specialist and the cost is on me. When i asked the dentist why this was not done before the bridge he shrugged and said he didn't know. Sitting here for one hour and 10 min. 2 xrays and a 3 min visit from the doctor. All i can say is go to a real dentist and pay a little more. STAY AWAY FROM ASPEN DENTAL! !!!!!
