I had a HORRIBLE experience at the Aspen Dental in Bloomington, IN! The staff was very impatient and unfriendly. That should have been a red flag, but I went ahead and ordered the premium dentures and hoped for the best. When I went in to receive the final product the technician assisting me was very rude when I told him the final product did not feel “properly finished “. Their billing system is very opaque. When discussing charges they quickly use the excuse: “The home office handles billing so we don’t really know what that is.” There is no phone number for the home office on the bill. So how do we get our answers?

I was in need of two crowns do to a cracked tooth. They quoted me $1,700 per crown. When I asked around the running price was $1,000 per crown. Aspen is way over priced, the office equipment is out dated and my chair was broken and would raise up or down. If your going to charge those prices, the office better be state of the art and my chair better have a back massager in it. Not to mention the bathroom was discussing. There was feces on the toilet seat 🤢

I went to Aspen Dental as a walk in with what I knew was a infected tooth or gum area. I wanted the possible infection area treated or the possible bad (very painful) tooth removed. After taking x-rays photos and telling me everything else that needed to be done to my mouth and the thousands of dollars for the cost to have those things corrected, they finally agreed that the ( infected )tooth I originally came in there to have removed did need to be removed but I would have to make another appointment ( which was almost 30 d... read more

Aspen Detal #aspendental is the biggest scam I have ever been too. They made up cavities that I did not have and have now charged me an outrageous amount with the full balance due on Monday. It just received the bill EOB Friday. DO NOT GO THERE #SCAM #NOCUSTOMERSERVICE #LIARS

I had a dental appt at Aspen Dental 6-18-18. 1st time there!/Staff especially Holly treated me like old buds! Made me feel less anxious! Dr Katie was warm kind and informative! I will have several procedures done over next several months! Although they are $$$ it will be so much nicer and done correctly! Don't Go To Destiny Dental they are the worse dentist practice I have ever been to!!! Wouldn't recommend them ever!

I had dentures made here about 4 years ago. I have never been able to wear my bottom dentures. I have gone back in to see if they could do another impression. The bottom dentures are too big and they have been since day 1. They are not willing to do anything. They keep wanting more money. The only reason I used them is because they are right by our house and it was hard for me to get off work. I would not recommend them to people.
