At 1st I was really liking this place until I was denied at my appointment!!! After spending $3000 Plus what my insurance covered I was charged $99 After my procedure of extractions and dentures which I can't even wear because they just don't fit right !! But it was a Tuesday and I told them I get paid on Friday and will make the payment I was denied to be seen and told they would have to reschedule me REALLY after what I spent already and can't wear my dentures I'm refused service until they are satisfied but not me!!! Worst unorganized folks I ever send in my life doctor couldn't get my tooth all the way out recommend an oral surgeon than when I came back didn't know what I was there for told me to come back arrange my schedule to come back was told wouldn't be a charge get there and they want $133 to talk to a surgeon never again I was so pissed wasted a days of work I walked out. If I catch n affection I will be suing

I liked the experience until i was called by a collection agency for a bill i shouldnt have. You have to pay before you are seen and i did. But somehow i have an unpaid bill that they verified wasnt suppose to be there. Been going back and forth with aspen and the collection agency for a month about this bill. Aspen told me they got rid of it while collections say they were informed to keep the bill in their system....i called aspen a week ago to ask why i still have this bill, they said they would call me back and never did... read more

The employees are very nice and helpful. Both times I was there I wasn't taken back until it was a half hour past my app.

I very much like the people and the work they do. However, I don't like having to pay for things the minute you walk in the door and check in. Three appointments ago I paid for the appointment when I checked in and when I left they said they didn't have to do an anticipated treatment so they would refund the overcharge to me. The next time I got my teeth cleaned and was not charged, I figured it was the overcharge from before that paid for it. A week ago when I went in for a cleaning, I was asked for $211 at sign-in...I ... read more

I walked out in the middle of my appointment- after I was told I needed to get my tooth and basically called me dirty for not flossing everyday. I will never go back

Aspen Dental makes me sick to my stomach thinking about them. They try to get as much $ out of you as possible. Don't get me wrong, I've always loved Dr. Katie, she's done a lot of work on me and my family! Unfortunately, the nicest front desk lady, Randy, is no longer there and none of us will be getting any work done there until they do something about new front desk lady, Brandy. She has no patience, VERY rude, hung up on my Mother in Law, and also told us she was going to call the Police if we came into the office.......... read more
