This place is horrible. I went in for an emergency tooth extraction because my tooth was accessed. They wasted a week of my time telling me to finish the antibiotics and come back. When i came back for my second appointment they scheduled( they scheduled all appointment) they did nothing and sent me home. On my third visit they still did nothing and sent me away. Currently pursuing malpractice case against them for delay of treatment when they knew my swelling was so bad it was life threatening. Awful place. Awful staff. Do ... read more

After talking to the office manager today for 20 minutes I’m even more upset with Aspen it seemed like her only goal is to make me understand that they didn’t do anything wrong it’s not their fault that my insurance denied coverage. I was having some tooth pain, and this was the only place that would see me SAME DAY. Considering the fact I was told, “We never let any of our patients leave in pain.” I really felt I was in good hands. When I got there they took 18 individual X-Rays and a panoramic X-Ray. Keep in mind I was there for one tooth. Not a cleaning or check up. Following that I was taken to a room where they scanned my smile as if I were there for dentures. The only thing pleasant about my visit was the person who took my X-rays. I scheduled a visit, waited an hour and a half. They didn’t even clean my damn teeth. Barely looked at my mouth then tried to get me into a “payment plan” said I needed $3,000 worth of dental work. How could they tell that WITHOUT cleaning my damn teeth. I’m very very apprehensive about dentists due to some bad experiences in my youth. I had neglected my teeth and was very anxious about trusting anyone around my mouth. However the staff here is outstanding and cares about the mental health of their patients as well as their oral health. Avoid this place. Very dishonest and untrustworthy. Quality is terrible and I have pictorial proof. There so called repair of a denture, looked like super glue. Broke in less than 12 hours. Took to affordable dentures and fixed in 1 day, (not super glue 2 day scam) with no seam, still very good a year later. Additionally they did it at insurance cost. Not insurance + Aspen tried.
