Would not recommend them to my worst enemy. After years of less than pleasant experiences, it finally turned horrible. At a follow up to get a filling after my cleaning, I found out a portion of my deposit (for a filling and night guard) was used towards an exam fee despite the fact that my insurance covered the exam. I had only planned on paying the other half of the deposit that day but Aspen was requesting an additional $55 more because they had used part of my deposit for the exam fee. They do not work with people who have jobs and cannot take off to get in to see them when it's convenient for customer. Seems like they were much more expensive than previous place we used to visit too.
I can't even chew on my left side now.
RecommendedAspen Dental took care of me immediately. Had a cracked molar with a bad infection. Relief!

I got an unnessaccary xray after just having one done in the last month. I told the nurse I had just had one after I told them on the phone the problem I had was on going so nothing had changed in the past six months or so. So I had to pay for ANOTHER xray. Plus the last three times I had to pay for a service after insurance, the online payment portal hasent' worked.

After assurances of satisfaction when I purchased the best dentures available, I went back after a year for an adjustment. It was my understanding this was free. My gums had changed due to chemotherapy for cancer and was told there is a (substantial) fee. As if my cancer treatments hadn't already put me in financial hardship. So here I sit with floppy dentures watching the commercials every day about the satisfaction guarantee and how happy the patients are.
