This office is not trustworthy. I was told yes my daughter did work there but I was given a price started a procedure of an implant in October 2023 my daughter separated from the company in February 2024 in the middle of my procedure. Corey, the office manager has told me that the price they gave me has now gone up $1100, I understand that my daughter does not work there anymore but I should still get the price that I was quoted. Because I have a outstanding bill which they say I have for $116. I owe nothing I have a bill that says paid in full from day one. Yet every month they keep sending me a bill. I have called them every month and been to the office still they can’t get it fixed they tell me not to worry now I’ve got a statement in the mail saying I’m being sued this is going to hurt my credit and I am sorely disappointed with the whole matter don’t know what else to do. Maybe put it on Facebook will get some attention .

Have had paperwork problems since the beginning. They did work that the insurance didn't cover and surprised me with a year old $400 charge. That will not keep us going there.

Aspen in rivercity is an awesome dentist they make you feel comfortable and I'm the worst with dentist but it is good here realcomfortable for this scary car Great job to all of you that work there

Aspen Dental, please have someone from corporate call me to discuss the invoices / financing from my husband's visit to this River City location this past Monday. I called this location on Wednesday morning, was put on hold for 10+ min, hung up on or disconnected, called back and placed on hold again, then spoke with Shelly/Shelby (I believe was her name). Explained I had some questions about my husband's invoice from 2 days prior, was told they were busy, but they'd pull his info and call me back the same day. No call back ... read more

Very bad practice. Very disorganized. Very frustrating being a patient at Aspen Dental. If I weren't halfway through a procedure... I will NEVER again use Aspen Dental.
