I came in told them I had critical pain, 9-10 tooth caved in. They didn't prescribe me anything, I have to wait till Tuesday to get my root canal 2,500, gave 950 today. Not to mention they took my wisdom teeth out, broke a tooth and didn't even tell me about it. Then charged me a extra 100 bucks in the mail for no apparent reason, even when I paid in full, then called me a liar when I went today. Everyone is very nice, but even with dental insurance the copy's are ridiculous. My cleaning took all of 20 minutes and my portion was $189.00. I'm shopping around for a new dentist. I'll miss the staff but, not the expense.
I went in, to get a cleaning done. The last time I went in was for Extractions- they said "I'll put it in your chart for them to do a Full xray & review IF your other tooth needs to be Drilled out or removed." Np. Went to get my cleaning done- never got xrayed, the Dr said that the filling was for the Outside of my teeth. And I never, ever get told If I can drink coffee or tea AFTER a cleaning. When I first went here.. I loved it. But now, I missed a few appointments due to a death in the family. Rescheduled for this week, got a call back from the DENTIST informing me that I won't be scheduled in, for me to show up & wait until they can fit me in because "When you missed your appointments we sat around for an hour doing nothing." I apologized & explained that I normally don't miss appointments but I had just lost a family member & had been dealing with that on top of a nasty stomach bug. He didn't even care. Arrived for my 9am appointment only to find I don't have one. My appointment card showed that I did have one. I had to pay in advance for my visit to "reserve" my spot!!
If Camie and Dr.Porter leave I'm not coming back . Camie is very friendly and professional and is great at her job as is Dr.Porter
Was good to find a dental office that i could afford. all my teeth on upper had root canals,couldnt afford to get them redone. Aspen pulled and made an upper plate, that i could not wear,m from the start. Bottomwas a pactial, that fit fair.I tried for a month to wear them.warrenty ran out before i could have them return my money.They would not remake the teeth,and now i am stuck with teeth,that look like i have a fat upper lip.not to mention,the glue i need to put on them several times a day to get them to stay in. not Happy... read more
They are very bad about taking care of the patient. Always a different doctor. Once they get your money, then they are in no hurry to help you. I'd find somewhere else to go.
Came with all my paper work filled out and on time with an appointment. Still waiting over half an hour. The staff up front looks like a group of teenagers in their tight scrubs and clothes. Receptionist was cold and unpleasant. Haven't even spoken to a dentist yet.
