Everyone at Aspen Dental, (Katy location), has been compassionate and caring. I've never had a dentist, much less dental staff that were not condescending, rude or pushy about my below par dental health. With an in-house lab, my broken denture was fixed in 45 minutes for an 1/8 of the cost quoted at other dental facilities. New denture should be ready within 3 to 5 days from 1st impressions. I hadn't been to the dentist in awhile because of COVID so I was nervous! But everyone was extremely nice and helpful. They were really careful about following COVID protocols- temperature check and questions every time you come in. I'm 6ft tall and plus size, and the chairs fit me comfortably. The office is really nice and each exam room has a tv which is cool. You can make your appointment online and they call you before your appointment to get your insurance info so you don't have to fill out a ton of paperwork when you... read more

The staff here is amazing. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called, and get services done as well instead of having to wait a whole week or more for a second appointment. Dr. Chang was very nice and would make sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment and procedure. Again, I just have to compliment the whole staff because they really did a great job and then some.

i've never been more dissatisfied with treatment, the dentist,and the dental assistant. They way over charged me for my dentures. It took a whole year to finally get them right , before that they had me looking like a rabbit and asked me if that was OK. I would go anywhere else rather than Aspen dental cause I know the one in College Station sucks and I would never recommend them to anybody.

If you have the opportunity, I would definitely just avoid this dentistry, although the first meeting wasn't an issue I came in with wisdom, tooth, pain, and swelling, and I know I needed a deep cleaning. We went through the x-rays and the consultation with no issues, but I spoke to the manager. He told me that he would call me the next morning regarding how much I would need to be paying out-of-pocket for these procedures. I had work done in 2022, it took more if there resources and cost on getting the work done. I was to have a follow up check up 3 months later, tried to call couldn't get through as though my number was blocked. I called another Aspen office twice and they said they would pass on my info to call me. Two years later I have not heard anything from anyone. I would not recommend Aspen to anyone. The work I got was not quality work.

THIS PLACE SUCKS SO BAD!!!! The negative customer service is unmatched. I have only been to Aspen Dental twice and BOTH times I experienced the worst customer possible. The latest culprits were "Sharlyn" (I believe that's her name) front receptionist and her manager Rose! I went in to reschedule an appt from 7/9 due to the inclement weather and no power on both ends. I was greeted with frowns and advised that I had a no show appt. Wouldn't recommend based on the customer service provided. This office charges me twice for services i received a year ago fraudulently and has refused to handle the situation so i had to file a grievance with my provider. They also don't answer the phone. The dental assistant and dentist are awesome not sure what's going on with the front office but stay away!!

Used to be a good place when it first opened up. Now it is run poorly they close up and you go there no one is there. Not even a courtesy phone call bad customer service
