The reason for the one star rating is because I can't give 0 stars. I've been wearing dentures since 1991 and still have my first set of dentures, but it was time for them to be replaced. The last place I had them made was a little hole-in-the-wall dental office. Those teeth are still intact today, over 30 years later. I went to Aspen Dental and had them fit me for new dentures which were done quicker than I'd expected. Would NOT recommend! Either the staff is incompetent or lazy, but the outcome is still the same. Misinformation was provided during every single appointment and phone call. There are a plethora of dentists out there. No need to stress yourself out with this one.

Appt for exam and cleaning was 1145am , I checked in @ 1100am an hour later the desk staff says hey you need to call the insurance ND assign us as your preference 15 more minutes pass I called in the back only to be advised that my exrays will be done but no cleaning I advised this was a waste of my valuable time and began to leave the man followed me out saying we don't have a hygienist on duty and don't know whT type of cleaning you may need sir I only need a regular cleaning nothing extra no pain or issues .
