I feel as though the staff were very caring and personable. Every question and concern was answered with genuine care and compassion. I am anticipating an equally good experience as the staff and I pursue my vision to have an excellent smile for my daughter's wedding!

My wife and I both went, The best bunch of folks. Very friendly, treated us very well and I will tell others them,The Kingsport Office, the folks there just had a good personality to them, you don't hardly see that any more, Thank you all.

Only going here because it is the only option I have with my insurance. I feel the care is ok but feel they force high cost, unnecessary procedures. I understand they are a corporation who are pressured to make money for the owners but don't like you can't just schedule a general cleaning.

They really are a great group of ppl there. They strive for perfection and they won't settle for anything less. Because of the way my insurance was set up last fall, they could only do 1/2 of my dentures. I have to say, For my first time of having dentures, my top fits perfect! They are working as a team to figure out how to have my bottom one fit as perfectly as the top. They are very informative about the process and walked me each step as they are about to do it. I went for my first visit yesterday and was very happy with the care and attention I got. Everyone was very nice and upfront about what I needed done for my dental health. Hannah especially was very kind. I had a really hard time with the x-ray taking and she was patience and helped me a lot.

I brought my mother in. She was very nervous. I was so impressed by the staff. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I'm bring my husband in a few weeks. Thank you Daryl and the young girl that was with him sometimes she was joking and making my mother feel more comfortable(I think her name was Amanda). Rachel in the finance department was helpful and explained the cost so we actually understood. The doctor was very nice. I can't say enough about the amazing staff. It was great I love the Doc and Hannah was amazing �� treated me with love and kindness and they were very caring. I was scared to get my tooth pulled and they walked me through it and made my fears go away. I love them.
