I was extremely pleased with the service I received from the moment I entered the office. Going to the dentist when you know you are going to have an extraction is a bad feeling but everyone talked and laughed with you making you feel comfortable. .Discussing future needs with the dentist was something that I had never experienced before which I thought was great. They were unable to treat me. I had two live molars that were badly decayed. They recommended a oral surgeon.They called and set up an appointment. Aspen were unable to do a root canal or sedation but they did get me help.
I've had horrible experiences with dentist in the past was really nervous about going to the appointment. Plus my social anxiety doesn't really make me much of people person. Plus I was very self-conscious about the problems I was having with my teeth. Everyone was so nice from the start and so sweet. I was at ease & didn't feel judged at all. Everyone so helpful, understanding and willing to help in anyway they could. Definitely will be going there again.
