Absolutely horrible service. Overcharging scam artists. They charged over $1,000 for deep cleaning/scaling with insurance! They lie. They tried to pull a tooth that did not need to be pulled. They lie about billing and the office manager is a real jerk with no accountability or integrity.

I don't know where to start. Stay as far away from here as possible. This dental chain is the biggest rip-off I've ever encountered. Getting any work done here is one of my biggest regrets. I got two fillings 2.5 years ago. Very shortly after, one of them fell out. It was a huge hassle for them to agree to fix their mistake for free. I want to thank you for being so unreliable and returning my calls. 5 days into calling EVERY SINGLE DAY. You guys clearly dont care....I am tired of broken call back promises, tired of yes we will help you. Tired of no one addressing my concerns that more than likely will end up in more money for you of course. ...so tired. This corporation is a joke. Everything with this company is about making more money and not addressing issues on time rather than being pro-patient.
It is nice and I was so thrilled with the hygienists but in terms of convenience- IT’S A NO GO! Cons. They bate you in then jack up prices. Don't believe the 20% discount. They charge more at the office then the advertised price.

Illegal practice. Stay away from this illegal corporate chain that stayed afloat after it lost a 1.7 million dollar class action lawsuit.
I don't whant to comment at this time. I'm a veteran and the office manger try to price gouge me the dentist is very helpful everybody else kept trying to sell me a plan where the VA takes care of my teeth except for a flipper and an implant that's all I wanted was a veteran's discount and she tried to price gouge me and then she gave me the discount I felt I was at a used car lot from office to office and office manager was the closer I'm just praying for Aspen Dental because I hope they don't do that to another veteran I t... read more
