I cancelled my dental insurance since I could not use it. I scheduled what I thought was to be a cleaning earlier in the year, what I got was an exam no cleaning. My next appointment was scheduled for more than 6 months out. I called to reschedule due to a conflict only to be told the next appointment would be sometime next year. cancelled the appointment, cancelled the insurance and got an even better deal with a cleaning to be done in November. Walked in to make a future appointment and had to sit there waiting looking stupid, I went to Greenberg dental in Kissimmee and they had a full staff and got my appointment set under 10 min.
The only good thing is that you don't have to wait. They never solved my problem, referred me to another place and charged me.
To save money and time, you should go somewhere else.
Was not a happy camper yesterday there had an appointment for my "bite impression " which took less then 5 mins and I have an appointment again today for a cleaning why can't they do this in one day? They could have done all that today since the hygienist are there today

The staff was great. The office is clean & punctual. However, I am not impressed at all with the dentures. They are no better than the $299 I have previously purchased, but Aspen charge was well over $1000.00. No, I have not complained. I hear they guarantee? But I am not sure how, what, why ... Venting complete. Good Luck.
Horrible service....overcharged for emergency...left the same way i entered...but led me to Smiles Dental in Hunters Creek ....where i was treated above and beyond my expectations
They lied to me about pricing... To make matters worse, they were unable to extract my tooth. So they billed me to leave in the same condition I came in with.
