It would be easier for you to get your tooth knocked out from a random passerby than it would be to schedule a tooth extraction. RecommendedThe staff, from the front office to the staff in the rooms are amazing. They not only know who you are, they are truly concerned about you and your health care. The Klamath Falls Aspen Dental crew always go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and to answer any questions about your appointments, billing and care. They work together well and make a trip to the dentist no so scary! I'd give them a 12 out of 10 rating. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.
All I can say is don’t. Words cannot express how strongly I recommend that you choose a different dental office.
The staff was always very friendly. However, the upper that was made for me didn’t fit. That wasn’t there fault. HOWEVER..I couldn’t wear it due to the roof of my mouth was too flat for any adhesive to hold it in. So, after being unable to wear it, brining it into the dentist in a plastic bag, NO ONE ever informed me I could get my $1,800 back. Yeah, apparently they FORGOT to tell me. Claim was filed too late. it's a money racket. Over 1200 dollars for a cleaning ect before they will deal with an emergency broken tooth! really nice people, quite possibly the nicest form of bullying a person out of money that I have ever witnessed
The first visit was fine but way too long. You need to talk to your client not at them. Don't be in a big hurry to get money.
Aspen Dental in Klamath Falls is the biggest rip off, they lie about pricing, and then turn around and charge you for stuff you didnt even need want or consent to do. I do not recommend them to anyone unless your ready to drain your bank account on useless procedures.
This is the only place in town that accepts our new insurance. I've been dealing with a dental emergency for five days now. Initially they scheduled me for Monday but called an hour before my appointment to cancel citing computer problems. They promised to call the next day to reschedule but didn't. We called again this morning and they don't know when they will have computers fixed. They gave us the number for franchise in Medford. if Customer service is important to you then I would NOT go here. I have been a patient at many dental offices around the nation and this one has got to be the worst. And it all comes down to the people that work in the front office. I was lied to and am getting charged for something we did not agree on. Chance the office manager should be FIRED. He lies and is the BIG reason this place only gets one star.
