Two hours plus for an initial check up and X-rays seems inefficient, though it's hard to complain about a free first visit. Staff is welcoming and thorough. Where I have a problem is being refused an appointment for a prophylactic cleaning unless I paid $800 plus for a series of periodontal treatments. I was told I could shop around for prices and given supporting materials but this isn't the issue. They have their policies that leave the patient no option.
Why can't I give 0 stars? That would be more accurate.
I walked in the office for a checkup and teeth cleaning. Next thing I know I am in the office looking at a proposal that would cost me over $2700,00.
I can't count the number of people that have been screwed over by Dr. George McKeen: twothirtydentalcaution dot org.
I am surprised that the ratings are so high for Klamath Falls Aspen Dental. Yes the staff is friendly and 'professional'; unfortunately, they don't fix or listen to every patient. I was one of the unfortunate patients that got shuffled along. I felt like I was part of a herd, not really listened to or counseled with about the problems I was having with a sick molar. A year ago, when I originally went in, my molar could have been saved. Now it is dead from a cavity turned infection that wasn't treated properly.

My husband was the first appointment of the day and they still didn't see him until 45 minutes after his scheduled time. They called me and asked to reschedule my appointment the day before I went in. The lady on the phone was extremely rude when I explained the new time didn't work for me and asked why they needed to reschedule in the first place. This location is the classic case of big business and numbers rather than customer service and quality. I highly advise going elseware.
Already not happy! Made appointment last week for a child with a hurting tooth. They are already calling back to ready of the 13th to the 24th. Wow! Klamath Falls can't Dr or Dentist here any more
