I was happy with them until I called to make an appointment and they told me they can't schedule me because I owe over 700.00. I don't know how that's even possible when I have insurance and I was approved for credit that I'm currently paying on. They will not even do any work on anyone until they know all costs are covered!! I also had no idea that I even owed anything because I was not notified. The last I was there was November 2023. Has anyone else had this issue???😡

I can't say one thing nice about this place!! Stay away!!
Had dentures made there and after 1 year and 2 weeks they broke in half. We were told they were unable to be fixed and needed new ones . Staff at check in and back staff wonderful. Manager shows no concern over unacceptable products. They were either poorly made or flawed . In any event I had to pay in full for a new denture but when she read my review- professionally written-she dismissed us from the practice and said she will refund our money. The office policies don't make me feel 'cared-for in a time of need.' My first visit with Aspen Dental (Lebanon PA) several years ago made me a bit wary of their office practices, but I was happy with the actual dental work, so I contacted them again yesterday about a root canal. They couldn't give me a quote over the phone. I'd have to come in and bring my referral and x-ray copy, then I could talk to the office manager and get a quote. A hygienist on Friday would be an awesome way to improve. My last time seen here was a Friday in March or April 2019, now I am constantly getting reschedule calls due to this when it's my only day off work. Unless you have a flexible work schedule and can go Monday-Thursday which I do not, I would not recommend Aspen Dental.

This was a last resort due to insurance. The doctors are good. 5 Stars! But they need more resources. The communication between the doctors and the administrative staff is something to be desired. I have had issues with scheduling, forms, and getting medication sent to the pharmacy in a timely manner. I am definitely someone who does not like going to the dentist. Admittedly, I avoid it as much as possible. However, if you can work with another dental office, I would recommend you do so. For the amount of money they are paid... read more
One of the girls went to get Rose to help discuss payment methods with me, she was not helpful. I wish they never got her to speak with me. The front end service was great but when Rose came out to 'help', she just attempted to sell me additional services, I only asked about their care credit program, I showed no interest in any additional service. She was not helpful and she was very rude to me and my husband.
