The staff and dentist were great. It was a good experience, except...the dentist told me that I have a gum infection and she would order antibiotics for me. It never happened. I mentiioned this to the office manager when she was telling me about dentures... I called my pharmacy and no meds were ordered. The next day I called Aspen again and was told the doctor would see my chart and order the meds. Guess what THE MEDS WERE NOT ORDERED. If I have an infection, it is not being taken care of...!! Will call again tomorrow!!
It was a last minute place I found and went. You can literally find a half cheaper dentistry around with better financial service. The lady working was rude when we had a simple conversation. Half of these reviews are padded with employees and bought. The front customer service was great along with the dentists.
14,000 dollars and wouldn't finance me. Now my teeth will rit to nothing increasingly my health problems
Horrible place ! I was given such a terrible service . The day I showed up for my wisdom teeth extraction, the nurse assisting the oral surgent was talking extremely fast. He did not pause and when I tried to ask a question he ignored it . The oral surgent was hunched over on a stool back turned towards my husband and I. The people were great but just need to listen. During the checkout portion of the appointment. Knowing my insurance paid x amount of dollars and I have some out of pocket cost. They have a electric tooth brush they keep talking about. Well as we were going over the procedures along with making appointments for them. When it came time to pay my portion (thinking of just paying for procedures) they had put in the toothbrush. After writing the check and being processed, I couldn’t take the toothbrush back.
