Most unprofessional medical office I have ever been to. 100% stay away from them. Whole family has tried going to them and leave unhappy every time. Two family members have got dentures from Aspen and they were both messed up more then once. Reception has actually hung up on me while I was trying to get ahold of a manager to file a complaint.

STAY AWAY! This office is the reason everyone fears going to the dentist. The front desk staff was awesome but the dentist that pulled my teeth was rough and severely lacking in bedside manner, he was so rough that I could barely hold my head still during the extraction process. He hurt me over and over again and he seemed to be so rushed. He never asked if I was ok, he just threw a gauze in my mouth and walked out when it was over not saying a single word to me and giving me zero instructions. I went to Aspen Dental in June of 2019 to have a cavity treated; Dr. Ruiz prescribed a root canal treatment, as the decay was too severe to fill. Subsequent to that appointment, when I went in for the root canal treatment, Dr. Mileski did not perform the prescribed treatment - He did not state why he decided not to do the root canal, he simply put on the crown and sent me home. I cannot say that I had a good experience here at all. Initially, I was just willing to move on, but today I received a bill from collections for which I had never been notified. I had a perfect credit score and would have paid if someone told me, but I didn't receive a letter, an email nor a phone call. THIS OFFICE WILL TRY TO TAKE YOU FOR ALL YOUR WORTH. horrible, just horrible. made an emergency appointment, took time off work, drove an hour to get there to learn they had cancelled the appointment because they could not confirm the appointment the day after the appointment was made. Not impressed and no way to treat a customer. I won't be going back to this place.
Long story short the staff is nice however they do try and get as much money out of you. I have had a great dental history and honestly the first thing the doctor said when he walked in the room was "so do you like this smile, because we could do BLANK, BLANK & BLANK" my smile isn't jacked up but they sure quoted me if they capped all my teeth how much that would be? My daughter went to this place and they were rude to her. Horrible bed side manner. Took X-rays and looked at her teeth but did not clean. She had swollen gums because of her wisdom teeth. Didn’t check with what my insurance covers. Over charged for items. Wanted her to get her wisdom teeth out there and that’s a big HELL NO! this place made my wifes dentures one tooth fall off and they said they fixed it 3 days later while in california the same tooth fall off but they wont give me my money i had to pay to have it fixed.the dentires dont fit right and they wont fix that.i want all my money back it looks like lawyer time
