I walked in and this office was able to accommodate me. The dental assistant Bianca was very good with the X-rays. I have issues with X-rays and she helped me through the process. The Dr explained everything and was easy to talk to. I then went up front to the office manager Joelee who was very down to earth and helpful. Aspen Dental proved to be not only very affordable, but the most caring and compassionate dental office I have ever been in! The quality of their work is outstanding, but what really impressed me was the way Dr. Cho and his entire staff treated my Dad. Dad is, by nature, stubborn and difficult. Dementia has increased his negative, non-compliant attitude and he is very difficult to treat. Dad had lost most of the crowns on all his teeth and needed a full extraction and dentures.
