I travel all year for work, Lockport Aspen Dental got me in on vacation for new dentures, staff was fantastic.
This place is awesome!!! If you want to be treated well come here staff is awesome!!!!
I left the private dentist that I had been with for 14 years because I was so happy with the care that my husband got in an emergency. They got him right in that day. They were professional, caring, gentle, sympathetic and fast. I'll follow this dentist wherever she goes but hopefully she stays here cause the staff is great.
My husband woke up today with a horrible tooth infection...aspen got him right in even though we'd never been there before. And then, even when we were late they took us right in. The entire staff was gracious, professional and even called us both by our names! Amy sat with us for at keast ten minutes after my husband's exam and explained many options in full. Best dental visit ever!

Went in today with severe tooth/face/jaw pain from a broken tooth. Front desk and the person that took my xrays were all wonderful. The dentist, not so much. I don’t know her name, since she didn’t tell me. She had the bedside manner of a shoelace and was about 0% compassionate. Offered no help or words of advice when asked what the better option was between extraction and a root canal. I left the office in tears from the pain and all they told me was to take Tylenol. Do not recommend.
