I went to Aspen Dental 3 times. The first two visits went well. Everybody was nice, professional, and did a terrific job on my teeth. I felt really good about going back. So I had to walk out of this dental appointment. I have a history of horrible dental phobia stemming from an incident when I was twelve when I had teeth extracted on the bottom due to inadequate local anesthesia. The dentist at this practice promised me this would not happen. So I went in. Different dentist. Not only did she NOT adequately sedate, she didn't believe me when I said it hurt. Let me tell y'all a little story. This is all true. About nine years ago, I was having a horrid toothache. Didn't have a dentist of my own at the time, so I went into the Lockport Aspen in the hopes of getting some help. The help I got? A five-minute examination, and a half-hour chat with someone at the office explaining that I'd be looking at over $10K in expenses with them over the following 12 months. I was flabbergasted. Worst experience of my life. Horrible customer service. Office manager told me "to check myself" after I explained how upset I was and how I wanted a refund for the services they didn't provide. She gave me a bogus number to call to complain.

I was content with Aspen until recently. I am transferring all of my records to my old dentist that I love. not in my insurance network but not worth the agrivation and tears I got from Aspen. I will never go back!!!!! Thank you to Alex in Lockport office, you are very kind. they are lucky to have you

Please please don't go to this dental place. I had a horrific experience. I was called a baby Buy the guy who pulled my teeth just because I brought my sister for moral support. Then the partial I paid a lot of money for turned color everytime I ate anything of color. How embarrassing! Plus they over charged while the girl at the front desk was to busy ordering Avon!!! Nightmare

Ok. I can not say the experience would be the same for everyone but omg. I went in April for one issue. After they were done with me. I have never been able to eat again. So now what? I have relocated out of state. I went to Aspen there to see if they could fix the damages to my teeth. At least allow me to eat again. They won't even put my tooth from temperature to permanent . They told me to follow up next time I'm in Lockport. They are very gentle in Lockport but I will take being able to eat any day over gentle. My option... read more
