My daughter had her 4 wisdom teeth removed today which we knew would be extra painful and a longer healing time due to her multiple medical conditions. To give her more time, the office sent her 1.5 hours away to Marion because they could get her in right away as opposed to waiting another week with school move in on 8/18. Made an appointment for my 10 yr old daughter for an Invisalign Consultation. I SPECIFICALLY told them on the phone she was 10, they even asked for her birthday. Get to the appointment and wait forever just for them to say they wont do Invisalign because shes not 18. When I said I told you on the phone she was 10 the response was "we can see her, but he wont do anything for her". What a complete waist of time. We will never go back!!
this place is greedy and all about the money. They will give you an overpriced treatment plan and take advantage of the elderly! WORST place ever!!
RecommendedNot only was the staff kind and courteous the Dentist was too, had 3 teeth pulled and was in and out in no time at all.
The only thing I can say is , if it takes 2 and a half hours for x-rays and consultation , this is not good. And I had an appointment.
The crew at Aspen Dental were really great to work with. However,the dentures are impossible to eat with. I have tried two different brands of denture adhesives and neither of them work for me. They will not bond and the denture gets loose immediately. I am very disappointed in the denture not fitting well. I have a upper denture and have never had a problem. I found everyone very professional , pleasant and friendly. They answered all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone.
Back in March 2016 I had a procedure, before that was done of course they go over costs. Well according to Aspen Dental my insurance will cover this all I need to my was my copay. U ask them were they sure because I cannot afford to pay 500.oo for this and they said yes they have contacted my insurance company and all would be paid. Well... I viisted the Marion, IN office. I had purchased my last pair of dentures at the same office 9 years ago. My dentures no longer fit. I either needed relined or have a new set made. After a discussion with the dentist, we decided it was best to start over and get a new pair. I don't have my new dentures yet, but I expect the same results I had the last time. I never had to go back, once I got my new dentures. I can hardly wait. Nancy Baldwin
