The folks at Aspen have always been friendly, but had I known how much trouble I was going to have I would NEVER have had my teeth pulled. I've had nothing but gum sores and teeth that won't stay put! While I can't blame Aspen for everything, I've still had a bad experience. Sadly, my ride isn't over yet.
I went to Aspen Dental because I had a toothache.The tooth ache was a tooth in the top of my mouth that had been worked on twice before so I wanted it extracted and one it the bottom that had a crack. The first thing they did was x-rays many x-rays and a scan around my head. Then they did an evaluation of my gums. Had a Saturday appointment scheduled for 3 months. The week of appointment had a confirmation call and text to remind me of my upcoming appointment. Drive the 25 miles from my home on the day of my appointment to find them closed!!! No phone call or text to notify me of the change. Unprofessional and poor Customer service!! Seeking a new dentist.
Went in to have 2 wisdom teeth pulled, pulled 1 and broke the second.. Had to go to Indy to an oral surgeon. Now I paid up front, so I'm being told it'll take 7-10 business days to refund less than half of the bill. The amount I'm going to end up paying is more per tooth than I was quoted at the consultation. And now they want me to come in for a checkup... I don't think so. My whole bill should have been refunded, I'm not paying them another cent.
They suck because they stopped taking our insurance and didnt call or send us a letter so we wasted gas going down there!!!
Terrible customer service and unhelpful staff. The dental assistant who did my xrays was also rude and was rough with the xray mouth applicator and cut my gums open. Terrible place.
I WAS a new patient with an appointment for 5:30. Did not get called until after 6 to begin the process of xrays etc. Did the xrays then was put into a room for further evaluation and consultation with the dentist. Finally, at 7:05 I saw the dentist and was out by 7:20. In my opinion, people make appointments because they have busy lives and can't wait around for two hours for simple xrays and a dentist to evaluate them. i had a root canal,. and was left with very bad pain,. i have a mass growing from the procedure, and numbness in my face up beyond my jawbone ever since the medicine from the procedure wore off,. they expect full payment before they will fix this issue,. other dentist in town says they really messed me up,. im now refered to an oral surgeon and aspen says they will no longer see me in there office. not a good company at all,. please stay away,. go to a local dentist who will take care of you,. and will be the same dentist ev... read more
