This has been the worst dental experience EVER. They have not billed my correct insurance since April 2022. They keep sending bills. Pricilla, who has been supposed to call me back, has not, but also promised since November to dissolve my daughter’s complete bill because of all of the chaos of not filing it with the correct insurance. Beware. I went back a few years ago, I had been awhile since I had dental work done so I was anticipating some work. I called to schedule a cleaning. I got there and they took me back and took a blue million X-rays, then assessed my teeth. I was then taken into a room where I was told it would be $3,000ish to fix all of my teeth. Suffered with severe pain all weekend and got an appointment on Monday for an emergency visit. I sat in the waiting room for two hours only to be told nothing could be done today, but they could register me as a new patient.

Cancels your appointment last minute about 1/2 the time or more. Doesn’t care about their clients. “We’ll try to see you as soon as possible” means about a month later. Once they have your money they don’t care how you’re treated.

My husband had an appointment today in your office, we get there 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork and the lady comes back to inform us that he couldn’t be seen or could be worked in but would have to wait approximately 2-3 hours because apparently he didn’t confirm his appointment through the automated call, which he did. He told her he confirmed and she said well sometimes it doesn’t work so you’ll have to reschedule or wait. If you know your automated system doesn’t work properly then why use it! Family member had teeth pulled and dentures put in..... Guess what there were several teeth left in. Acted amazed when they said something then won't do anything. Worthless place. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Your just throwing it away
Came over here for an appointment that they scheduled, and that ended up not even showing up! Parking lot full of patients! This is absolutely ridiculous!!

I was new to this Aspen Dental- they were very nice, friendly and competent. The doctor spend a good 45 minutes with me, discussing treatment. They also worked with me on a payment plan. I go back in a week to have my tooth pulled. Also, I really appreciate them not pushing me into a treatment that is expensive and not the ideal solution.

went and had a cavity filled which cost me around $130 only to be in more pain than I was previously in. then they extracted the tooth which was not only a waste of money, but was painful due to the numbing injections going all the way into my sinus cavity, my head was jerked around from him pulling so hard, and there's several peices of the tooth still in my mouth. I won't be going back!
