Taking way to long to get a proper fitting set of dentures made. 5 trips to Aspen now and still no dentures.
The biggest disappointment I’ve had with a dentist Never done anything Insulted me or tried I had tooth ache Went in for it they wanted to set me up on regular maintenance program Did that last year $2200 later still not happy They were not happy treating my tooth ache said there was nothing they could do no pain medicine Just more money should have to move out of middlesboro ky There is not enough words to say how disappointed I am

I made a dentist appointment for today, days ago. Because I’ve had a tooth hurting. So I go in today, staff is rude 1st of all. Then I wait over 2 hrs. For the dentist to come in and tell me. Oh we definitely need to take care of that tooth. So I said yes we sure do. Then she saids take this paper out front and let them schedule you an appointment for about a month out. paid 2536 dollars for dentures 6 weeks ago and still haven't received my dentures. nothing but excuses. wish I had never came to this aspen dental
I liked aspen dental until I got my zoom teeth whitening today. My teeth hurt so bad I can’t even sleep. But that’s not even what I’m mad about. I read online you are supposed to get a take home tray which I did not receive, I wasn’t told what NOT to drink or eat after my treatment, which I also read online while trying to figure out how to alleviate my pain, AND my teeth look worse than they did before. I am in the area for school and I was having a hard time getting into the dentist office at home for a cleaning because of this. So I decided to try this place out. Everyone was very friendly and I really liked the dentist. However the problem came in when I saw the dental hygentist. She was checking my gums for deep pockets and while she was doing it she shoved the thing down so far that it really hurt which is not how they are supposed to do it. I expected to have my dental issues met this morning. I arrived at the Hermitage , TN (off Leb Pike & OHB) 8am in pain and 2 hrs latter I still had not received cost information or treatment for my ailing tooth. Moreover, staff appeared to be more interested in UPSELLING instead of addressing my issue.
