Went there for a tooth to be pulled & they wanted to do a full dental screening. Xray techniques are lacking and needs to improve. Place cared more bout doing more work to get paid than actual cause that I was there. Not very professional or have technology, put me in more pain taking more X Ray's than any dental office I've been in. Walked out after girl told me all dr wanted to do & it would cost nearly $5k, I said all I want is a tooth pulled & she told me she'd check to see if they could do it sane day... wth???

I came in for an annual checkup. (Note,they only did x-rays and looked at my teeth and gums. I didn't even get a cleaning which should have been included. I will be checking with my insurance to see if they claimed they did one.) The x-rays were extremely uncomfortable because they use hard plastic spacers that were too big for my mouth. It made the roof of my mouth bleed. Talked with the dentist and figured out what I needed done. She was very nice. But now we get to the office staff. very disappointed in you guys for canceling my appointment didn't even bother to make things right. I'm used to being treated this way from the VA I just didn't expect this from Aspen Dental.

I will never return to aspen dental. I went in in extreme pain needing an immediate extraction , the dentist spoke to me as if I were a stupid hillbilly. Then in order to simply not do her job she made excuses and referred me to an oral surgeon ... rather than go to the poorly rated surgeon that she tried to shove me off to I traveled to another dentist in Lubbock Texas where the tooth was promptly extracted with no need for oral surgery. I'm not one to go around leaving bad reviews but I had such a bad experience at this place, if anyone cares to know... i went on Friday June 1st I have really bad pain due to a wisdom tooth growing. I saw aspen was part of my insurance network so I decided to go ahead. I made an appointment online and that alone was user friendly and fast I was pleased so far. Why do you promote emergencies and walk-ins welcome when that is not the case? I walked in to only be told they were booked and couldn’t help me. I understand making an appointment is important, but do not promote walk-ins if you’re not able to accommodate them.
